GENERAL
How do I get notified about new products?
A. All you simply have to do is join our emailing lists. To join, click on the
link on the right of this section.
I saw the words "SOLD OUT", "OUT", "OUT OF STOCK",
"PRE-ORDER", and "NA"/"DISCONTINUE" labels on your site. What do they mean?
A. Items that are "SOLD OUT" or "OUT" has been cleared by our sales from our
warehouse and we will not know if whether or not if they will be in stock again
soon. "OUT OF STOCK" items are currently not in stock but we know that it will
be available again when we receive our products to stock in the warehouse. "N/A"
and "DISCONTINUED" items are no longer available by their respective
manufacturers and we do not expect to have them in stock any longer.
What are those Import CDs?
A. These are non-English audio CDs that are imported from Japan based on the
original Japanese Series of the same name on the CD. The audio and the printed
text are ONLY in the Japanese language.
What is the difference between "Subtitled" and "Dubbed"
videotapes/DVDs?
A. "Subtitled" tapes are original Japanese language spoken with translated
English words appearing at the bottom of the screen. "Dubbed" tapes have voice
actors speaking the dialogue in English instead of the original Japanese.
Which regions can the DVDs you sell run on?
A. Earlier releases (from Pioneer) run only on region 1. Later releases (from
Funimation) run on region 1,2, and 4. Region 1 are the U.S., Canada, U.S.
Territories. Region 2 are Japan, Europe, South Africa, and Middle East
(including Egypt). And Region 4 are Australia, New Zealand, Pacific Islands,
Central America, Mexico, South America, and the Caribbean.
In the video section, why are there missing series numbers?
A. There may be "gaps" in between series or missing series numbers because
certain titles may not have been released yet by the manufacturers.

What types of payments do you accept?
A. American Express, MC, VISA, Discover are accepted. Cash is not recommended but you can send it but we
are not responsible for lost of payment through the mail.
Can I order by fax?
A. Yes, you can! Be sure to include your credit card information and contact
information (first and last name, address and phone number with the area code.).
Do you backorder items?
A. Yes, we do. If the item is back in stock within one month, your order will be
processed. If the item is backordered more than one month, you will be notified
by e-mail/phone call to make sure that you still want the item(s) before the
order can be processed.

Do you ship international?
A. No.
ORDER STATUS
I just placed an order a couple of days ago. But since I am
very nervous about ordering online, what do I do?
A. You can email us to get a status check on your order but be sure to have your
order number ready.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS
What are the conditions of returns and exchanges?
A. All sales are final and no returns are accepted except for defective
merchandise and incorrect shipments. All defective items and incorrect shipments
must be reported within one week of receipt of merchandise. And when returning
incorrect shipments, they must still be in mint and unused condition.
If I want to exchange my merchandise after I have received
it, what do I do?
A. You will have to pay to ship the merchandise back to us. Upon receiving your
merchandise, we will send you the items that you want but we will charge you
again for shipping them back to you. Basically, if you want to exchange
something, you will have to pay for shipping an additional two times.
On the other hand, if we send you the wrong merchandise(s), we will be
responsible for all the corrections. You will be reimbursed for shipping the
package back to us, and you will not be charged for the cost of shipping your
correct order to you.
If I returned my order and I paid by credit card, what
happens next?
A. A credit will be issued as soon as we receive your return and it is subject
to if the merchandise is still in good condition. (Remember that you are
responsible for the cost of shipping when you return back to us). It will take 5
business days to issue credit. It may take one or two billing cycles for a
refund to appear on your credit card statement.
